Collections Registration

An administrative and operational support role, in which the Registration Assistant (Fixed Term - 23 Months) will be encouraged to gain a working knowledge of the different functions carried out at IWM, whilst integrating and becoming a member of the Collections team.

 Key Duties include:

  • Working in conjunction with the Collections Registration team on day-to-day registration tasks, and assisting with the audit of loan files, or audit of loan objects.
  • Some aspects of the role may be project based, and this will entail working with a member of the team to deliver a specific remit.
  • Assisting with Collections Registration administrative tasks, as directed by the Senior Registrar.
  • Updating loans data within the collections management database.
  • Being security conscious, ensuring familiarity and cooperation with all IWM security procedures
  • Being actively committed to health and safety, ensuring familiarity with all IWM's health and safety policies and procedures
