We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our HR Business Partners across the full employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on and varied role offering exposure to all aspects of HR, with a focus on delivering high-quality first-line operational support.
As an HR Officer at IWM, you’ll be the go-to person for managers and colleagues, handling employee relations queries, coordinating recruitment and training data, and ensuring smooth payroll processes. You’ll also contribute to policy development, HR projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
